Delivery Areas

Currently, we deliver to all major cities and regions of Pakistan.

At this time, international shipping is not available.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time is 3–5 business days.

Delivery may take slightly longer due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier service delays.

Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: Rs. 199
• Free Shipping: On orders of Rs. 3,000 or above

The final shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email (where applicable) so you can track your shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided delivery address.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, incomplete information, or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
